I want to use BuildSafe - what do I need to do?

It's easy to use BuildSafe to protect your business.  All you need to do is complete our simple Application Form.  Once the owner has paid the Security Amount into the trust account, it is held until the works are practically complete, at which time we release it to you (provided the work is properly completed).  If there is a dispute, we will help you and the owner resolve it quickly and cheaply.
