BuildSafe has developed an extensive set of documents for use by parties to construction contracts to help parties contract more effectively and to ensure they meet their obligations under the Construction Contracts Act 2002 and to encourage parties to record everything accurately in writing helping prevent misunderstandings and disputes arising between parties.
Access to these documents is limited to users of the BuildSafe Security of Payment Scheme. If you would like to apply to use BuildSafe, please complete the
